K.Flay
and Vic Fuentes (from Pierce the Veil) have joined their creative forces to craft a groundbreaking new single titled 'Irish Goodbye'. Released today, this track is set to become a standout on K.Flay's forthcoming studio album, 'MONO', scheduled for release on September 15th via Giant Music

'Irish Goodbye' delves deep into the intricacies of the self-preservation choice, revolving around the act of abruptly leaving a toxic relationship without uttering a farewell. This concept mirrors the essence of the song's title and the meaning. "Irish goodbye [is] a song about the moment you realize that you can leave a bad situation, a bad person, a bad relationship. you can literally just GO" shares K.flay about the release.

The artist also reflects on the creative process behind the song: "I was screaming in the demo to that song and eventually I realised, ‘I have a friend who screams professionally, so maybe I should get him on this!" This revelation led to Vic Fuentes lending his powerful vocals, adding a whole new dimension to the track.

"Take one last look at me before I go into the night -- In the blink of an eye -- Jump into the taxi -- Watch me drivе straight out of your life -- Gave you the Irish goodbyе -- Gave you the Irish goodbye".
